Temple Run 2 released for iPad and iPhone

Imangi Studios finally released the much anticipated sequel of the famous Temple Run game on the Apple App Store. Temple Run 2 improves upon its predecessor in every possible way with better graphics, variety and lots of customization options. We played around with the game for 30 minutes or so and enjoyed the brand new scenery with loads of exciting pathways and a wider open world. Since this is news coverage we won’t go into the details but make sure you check back on our blog to read the full review of Temple Run 2 later this week. The previous game was a massive success and has been downloaded over 170 million times since its initial release in 2011. For the last 2 year Imangi Studios released various updates to refine their original game. They also launched a new version called Temple Run Brave in collaboration with Pixar Studio’s animation film.

New Floating Scenery on Temple Run 2

Temple Run 2 is based on the exact same concept of infinite running. However, this time you have more customization and upgrades for your character. Instead of monkeys you are chased by a gigantic monster on a floating temple. Within hours Temple Run 2 is topping the free apps section in the App Store. Imangi Studios said that the Android version is coming out real soon. We hope that the second edition becomes a bigger hit than the original one. Below are a few listed highlights from the official game description on the store.
